The location was central & the staff helped in giving us directions to tour around... they were all very knowledgable and the area.
The kitchen facilities were inadequate..
This is actually a facility with amazing serviced apartments as it's is a mix of hotel and apartment together as they actually cleaned and made beds, bathrooms, towels and so on.the staff was amazing and helpful, and the apartment was comfotable and as described.there is fast wifi in room, and options if you want breakfast in room.we have two kids 15&6 and both loved it and was happy with the choice.thanks
The room was comfortable and I was impressed that the staff spoke such good English.
Most attentive staff and very clean and comfortable rooms
Road noise in rooms facing Grand Via a little loud in the night
nice ,clean and well furnished apartment in good location, kind and competent staff, excellent value for the money
there is a kitchen but no utensils to really use it
we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent in terms of getting around Granada and assess to transportation.. The young spanish girl at the front desk was a great help. She was patient and extremely helpful. We would stay there again if we went back.
It was difficult to find and the parking is expensive.
Very nice suite at a very good price. Boom was modern and clean and the staff helpful.
A bar with greater variety would be nice.
Very convenient location. Garage facility which is very useful in Granada. Totally luxurious and well appointed with friendly helpful staff.
The hotel's decor was awesome..The suite was large and roomy .Immaculate in all respects
Need more kitchen utensils etc such as drying up towels or paper towels ,corkscrew.>>salt and pepper shakers.,instant coffee..The instructions for the microwave and stove top very poor and complcated.A simpler microwave would have been satisfactory
Everything was fantastic. Particularly the Japanese toilet! The location was possibly the best in Granada. We stayed in the Suite with two bedrooms.
Limited parking on site. We had to park about 500 m away which was no big deal.
Nice size apartment at affordable rate. Helpful staff. Great location. Excellent room to relax in in the basement with DVD player, wide screen TV (movies were available), computer for Internet, free coffee and tea, and super-comfy sofa. The staff were very helpful anytime there was a problem.
Cleanliness was okay, but could be an issue for those who demand total cleanliness. There could have been more utensils available in the kitchen. Aside form these issues, I wish the staff had a bit more English ability (or I a bit more Spanish).
The hotel was excellent and suited our needs perfectly.
Rooms are at excellent size
The staff at the hotel were wonderful and friendly. The hotel itself was clean, spacious and up-to-date. The location was perfect for exploring Granada and the Suites set-up was great for a family vacation.
No complaints at all.
The staff was really nice and helpful, especially Veronika, who was on when we arrived with our car which needed to be parked. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was well located to the older part of town and the Al Hambra. The staff recommended places to eat, which turned out to be excellent. All in all, a very good choice for visiting Granada if you want a bit of extra space and to be close to the older part of town.
It advertised as having a fully functional kitchen, but it was not too well supplied. For instance, there was no teakettle, which I think is an essential ingredient in a kitchen.
